My room but it didn't look this good.
Medic Station now abandoned.
Mess Hall opened while I was in Bamberg. Named by first Mess Sergeant, Master Sergeant Ray, as Ray's Diner. Still has the name and has been voted as best Mess Hall in the US Army. Soldiers on post did not know the origin of the name until I told them the story about MSG Ray.
Monument to German soldiers who fell during invasion of Poland. US took control of Warner Barracks in 1945, will be returned to Germany in 2014.
Monument to US soldiers killed in Desert Storm, located next to German monuments.
